We're Clare and Rhys – a husband and wife team with a shared passion for fresh, honest food and the kind of warm welcome that keeps people coming back.

After spending a wonderful 2025 taking our food truck across Pembrokeshire and falling in love with this county's appetite for great grub, we found our home. Since January 2026, Nessie's has been nestled inside Haverhub in the heart of Haverfordwest – a place as welcoming as we hope our kitchen always is.
